A lot of love and care goes into our personalized products, so it may take some time before it is deemed ready. Please allow up to 2 weeks after placing your order before we can get it out for delivery. A shipment notification will be sent when your order is on its way.
We currently ship all domestic orders via Poslaju. You may track your parcel on the Poslaju website. Should there be any problem with the shipment, you may contact their Customer Service Helpline at 1300-300-300 or firstname.lastname@example.org. The shipping rates are as below:
West Malaysia – RM8 flat rate
**If you wish to Self-Collect your order, do contact our team member to set the date and time of collection. Kindly note that we are based in Seksyen 9, Shah Alam.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) – RM23.50 for first 1 kg, an additional RM6.50 will be charged for every 0.5kg.
